At The Pet Manor, we want your pet to enjoy their new luxury bed as soon as possible.
That’s why we offer FREE DPD Express Delivery on all orders — fast, reliable, and fully tracked across the UK.

📦 Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday – Friday.
Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

🚚 Free DPD Next Day Delivery

We use DPD Next Day Delivery as our standard shipping method for all orders — and it’s completely free.

What to expect:

Orders dispatched Monday – Friday will typically arrive the within 1-3 business day.
If your order is dispatched on a Friday, delivery will usually take place on Monday (or Saturday where available in your area).
Orders dispatched on weekends or bank holidays will be delivered on the next available working day.

DPD provides full tracking and delivery notifications so you can follow your order every step of the way.

📍 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK only.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or other offshore locations at this time.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DPD tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery and manage your delivery options directly with DPD.

⚠️ Important Information

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control such as severe weather, peak periods, or courier delays.
The Pet Manor cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will always do our best to support you if any issues arise.
