5. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders using Evri Next Day Delivery.

Key details:

  • Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

  • Next Day Delivery applies to working days only.

  • Remote areas (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may take 2–4 working days.

  • Peak periods may cause courier delays outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original condition.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used beds

  • Items with staining, pet hair, marks, or odours

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Returns initiated after 30 days

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with supporting photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
